This company's support is absolutely brutal.
1. For some reason, they won't accept my credit card for automatic billing. I have to go in an manually make a payment every month with the same CC that I have on file. 2. I forgot to make a payment and missed a payment. They suspended my account. I paid my overdue invoices and contacted their live support. They said I have to open a ticket with billing. It took them SIX days to respond to my ticket. When they finally replied, they said that it was not a billing issue, as I was all paid up. They told me to open a ticket with support. 3. Lo and behold. my sites were down because their servers crashed. From January 11 to present, January 23, I have been getting the run around from their 'SUPPORT' TEAM. I have dealt with Nick D, Silvester R, and Alex N who's main roles seem to be to answer the ticket in a way that does nothing to solve the problem, but just to get the ticket passed on to someone else. They offer NO solutions or help whatsoever. I have asked for a supervisor and a superviser's phone number numerous times, and they ignore it. I have raised another issue that is not working with the control panel, and again it is ignored. This group is absolutely incompetent.
