Review 3/11/2011

I signed up for a MochaHost.com Linux account in 2 February of 2011. I was interested in the mailing list feature for my business. Unfortunately you have to be a computer programmer to figure out the mailing list program. My IT director friend could not even figure it out. MochaHost could not provide any instructions or direction.
Because of this, I asked to be transferred to a Windows based account. MochaHost changed my account and placed me on a server that crashed after a few of my domains were uploaded. After this, the admin panel would not open up. MochaHost staff responded that this is a known issues that is being worked on by the software company. Why would MochaHost sell me something that does not work. In the middle of this, the server crashed at least every other day leaving my web site down. A customer service rep said they could move me to a more stable software.
So, I move to another server. The admin software works great, but the server continues to crash at least every other day. I submitted tickets asking for a resolution and would get a response that said this seems to have been resolved and the ticket would be closed.
I asked for a refund as they have a 180 day guarantee. I was told that because I upgraded my account that I am not eligible. Their service is terrible and fraudulant! I did not upgrade my account, but simply asked to be moved to a server where everything works!
