It is not unusual for a webhost to be a terrible company. That seems to be the nature of the business.
This company, however, is especially terrible, and possibly worse.
They recently broke my hosting account and did not fix it for three weeks. It is still broken in places.
Writing a support ticket does no good, because the technical people never read those.
I also suspect, but cannot prove, that this company will break accounts or suspend accounts for the purpose of trying to make the customer buy an upgraded service.
Anyway, I just moved my website. A good boy scout is always prepared.
I strongly advise you to stay away from this company. I believe they should be investigated by the city of San Jose, although I don't know if that is possible under the law.
