With any negotiation company you need to be careful. I would like to post my experience on New Path Financial and how the program is working for us. First of all, New Path has been in business for 6 years, and we felt that to be credible enough to do business with them. Yes, we felt hesitant at first but we have been enrolled since April 2010, and it is now October 2010, 1 of our 6 debts are paid off already. Someone had posted that creditors do not work with New Path Financial, and this MAY be true, but the third parties that get involved DO!!! This is not something we wanted to resort to, but we had no other choice, with unforeseen medical emergency, layoffs and NO Jobs, we were fortunate enough to have this service help us in our time of hardship. The agent we are working with has been very helpful on all of our questions and always gets back to us in a timely manner. It is going to take some time (3 years) to get back on track with our finances and our credit score acceptable again. Thanks to New Path Financial.
