I dealt with this company one time after a referral from a business partner. Not only did they try to rip me off by overcharging me, but their driver showed up at the wrong time and then they tried to charge ME for it. I even had a printed email confirmation from them showing the price and pick up time and they had the nerve to tell me I was lying and demanded that I overpay for services not delivered. They were completely unprofessional in their correspondence with me, rude, insulting and not at all what I would expect from a reputable company. I will NEVER use them again and would rather overpay for a cabbie than submit myself to the unprofessional, crooked dealings of this company. Too bad for them, because I travel every other weekend and they would have received a lot of business had they handled themselves in a more honest and professional manner.
