Bad Business Practices

Ordered some joint supplements for my dogs back in November, waited almost a month, sent several emails that went unanswered. Then after opening a dispute with PayPal they finally responded. I was told they were back ordered on some of the product and were waiting for it to arrive. I told them to send me what they have and credit back the remaining items to my PayPal. They finally sent what they had, but I am still waiting for a credit for the remainder of my order.
They never respond to any of my emails, only when I complain through PayPal do I ever get a response.
