Had there been a click for "0" instead of "1" that is what I would rate this company. In fact, a negative rating is in order. They are inept (returned 6 times to reinstall improperly hung window coverings), bullying, rude liars. They refuse to remove their faulty product and refund my money, do not follow through and return calls timely, blame me for their shoddy workmanship and act as though they are doing me a favor coming back repeatedly to try to correct their mistakes (!) and I've lost much time from work running home to meet them only to have a new problem within hours of the re-install. They are touchy, defensive, pompous and MISERABLE to do business with! RUN as fast as you can from this company, and do not give them your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
