Has a player support system.
Tribunal and Honor system actually worked to some degree.
Doesn't sell power, except maybe rune pages.
Pretty Transparent.
Rioters frequent forums.
League of Legends may not always be the best, but Riot Games is one of the most player-based companies ever. They don't pander to people who pay, and actually consider the view of non-professional players.
