It's simple. I found them online by typing in "furniture repair. " Several names came up, but Robert's Assembly was in my area. On my first call, I had to leave a message, so I proceeded to call three other businesses. I figured they wouldn't get back to me, and that I'd call them again in the "rotation." None of those other companies took "small jobs" or couldn't make it to my home, however. After several weak excuses, I began to worry that no one would be able to help. Until Evelyn called me back. She was so pleasant and helpful, and she arranged for her husband and proprietor Robert to come out that same evening. They also discounted the service charge! I couldn't believe how straightforward and accommodating she was. And the work? It's clear that they've been doing this for awhile. My chair is fixed and standing strong, and he was even concerned about matching the stain...The best part: I never had to hoist the chair into my car or leave my house. They come to you! Who does that anymore? I'll tell you who! Robert's Assembly.
In fact, they're coming out to my house again. Is it for a big job? Nope. But they don't mind, and they can actually appreciate that it's those "little things" that people let go or don't fix b/c it's usually too much hassle and not even worth it. Robert's Assembly definitely gets that your time and money is hard earned and too precious to waste no matter what the need.
So, when my family comes in for the holidays this month, everyone will have a place to sit, and my walls will be dressed accordingly b/c Robert's Assembly will have helped me to hang our decorative items and accessories. May not sound like much, but it means a whole lot to me. They've saved me time, and they're always willing to help me save money.
Call them for any installation job, big or small. I'm confident that you, too, will be pleased.
