3 bathroom remodel 6 week project took 15 weeks

Poor workmanship, short cuts, and lack of adequate over sight lead to many returns to correct mistakes or improve quality of work. As home owner, had to perform quality control. Some electrical work non-code. One tile flooring required redone due to my not being bilingual when instructions given to worker. Hard wood flooring damaged by heavy tub dropped during demo. Plumbing leaks and one flooding could have been prevented had testing been performed after job completions. Drive way vehicle oil leak. Late arrival and no-show occurrences. Attempted to raise price for end of project add-on construction work. In spite of many problems, minor and major, satisfied with end project. All workers courteous and friendly. Never one contact, or visit to job by owner of company.
