I have Travertine throughout my lower level. The original installation was not the best in that there were numerous areas where tiles were higher or lower than one another - Specialized Surfaces honed my floor and it is much better than it was - very smooth surface now. Floor looks great. The staff gave me options as to what finish I wanted - matte, satin, gloss etc. They honed it to me request. Great to work with. I am very happy.
