For information purposes only I feel it should be understood that TSI Property Services, Inc. does not have a contracotrs license in their name and has filed an exemption for workman's comp for the other name that their license is under.
While I did contract with them and they did an adequate job, I was a little surprised to learn this information after the fact.
Please check this company's references and insurance information very carefully. I contacted the CSLB and said that a contractor must practice under the name that the license is registered and they asked me for the name and number.
As I said I was satisfied with the work performed on my travertine but was surprised by this information.
I hope TSI will correct this problem, as well as their workman's compensation problem before their next visit.
With the nice web site and workers, it makes me wonder why they are not operating lawfully.
