I needed some custom ribbons made and I contacted The Ribbon Place via email and was immediately responded to by Wendy. Wendy was extremely thorough and very helpful. When I was ready to place my order I called in to give payment and Wendy was just as delightful on the phone. I do a lot of on-line ordering and in this day in age it is just rare to come across this kind of customer service. Should I ever need anything of this sort again I will definitely come back. A+
