I purchased a dress for my daughters' wedding, it was the wrong size. I returned it per the policy posted on the website. They assessed a restocking fee in excess of the stated amount in their refund/exchange policy page. Numerous attempts to reach anyone by phone was a wasted effort. The "Live Chat" format was just as useless. To date, I have not received the proper credit or refund that I am entitled to. I don't know how they have been allowed to remain in business without some legal investigation of their business practices.
