absolutely the worst, simply no delivery, almost a month after purchase

I sadly bought a bike from this company. All was great until the payment went through. Once that happened, they completely dropped the ball, and I am yet to receive the bike. Payment was processed on September 12th, today is October 6, and no bike, only various lame excuses and heart wrenching stories about whose fault it is that the bike isn't here. Spoiler: it is NEVER their fault. Not ever. My lawyer is exploring my legal options now, and we will see. But if you want your money's worth, stay away from this company, they amateurs. On the other hand, if you like long tales of folksy excuses, these are your guys.
