I was with surveyhead since the beginning of 2010. I took enough surveys to reach the $25 payout once and cashout. I did the same afterwards, and attempted to cash out in August of this year. The claim came back rejected with no response or reason why. I attempted to contact them, but was unable to reach anyone via email. I filed a complaint several weeks ago, and have still gotten no response. I will never take another survey with this company, and recommend that no else does either.
If I were working for a company and did legitimate work for them and they only paid me sporadically, I would no longer be working for them. It seems they're scamming people by getting work done on surveys they have no intention of paying out. And it took an inordinate amount of time to have the surveys I took to be cleared for an award.
If Surveyhead was a reputable company, I doubt they'd have so many complaints and negative reviews by their survey takers about not being paid. They simply need to send out less surveys if they can't pay on them. It's not worth ruining your reputation in the long run to make momentary gains.
