Worst children's dental office ever! I brought my 3 yr old daughter there, and they sd they need to put her to sleep and do root canals and white caps. They sd the earliest appt they could make was 3 months out (She was in massive pain, and had to wait.)
She (Ameris) calls last night and tells me the price went from $660 to minimum of $860 (and would prob be more than that.) Anyway, we went this morning and a new dentist is there, who could NOT make the caps work. She wanted to pull my 3 yr old's 4 front teeth. I sd no and started to leave. The office mgr, Ameris, yelled at my 3yr old and I that if I didn't sign this paper, that she would call my insurance and report that her teeth "received a poor prognosis" so no my insurance wouldn't cover any other dentist that saw her. I signed the paper under duress. Ameris called anyway...just to spite me...and ruined my child's chance with insurance that we pay for. Even though there is another office that was able to do the caps for my daughter. My daughter and I got to the car and I broke down. My daughter had to witness all of this. They are unprofessional...and I can NOT believe they can call themselves a children's dentist.
