I received this vacation package at a giveaway at a car dealership. I did all of the things the cetrificate asked and I checked through BBB before mailing the "refundable reservation fee" of $50.00 I sent everything including a letter giving my credit card info (as required by the hotel). A month later, I heard nothing, received nothing. I called and the said it was being sent to me that day. I asked where I would be going and they told me nothing I have chosen was available for my dates. I asked for all of my documents and a full refund to be sent and they said ok. Two weeks later, nothing! I called, I was yelled at, I was hung up on and told no supervisor was available to speak with me. I was told the info was again "being sent out today." I have to write a letter requesting the refund though. I received my documents and their letter says the refund is in the envelope...it is not! Here we go again!
