I am at my wit's end due to my frustrating experience with Worldwide Travel Center. This organization is supposedly handling the vacation vouchers for the promotional gift from a timeshare talk by Perennial Vacations which I attended in the Sacramento California area. I sent a $100 deposit in June 2009 for the promotional trip. It was clearly stated that I would have 30 days to request a full refund. After reading the specifics, I requested a refund in writing within the 30 day time frame. I was told that it was sent July 15, 2009 and you guessed it, I have never received it. At first I was able to get through on their phone line,but since then, there has been no person answering calls nor will they respond to voice mail messages. I contacted the corporate offices of Perennial Vacation and they called on my behalf and got a committment that the check had been sent, but I have not received my refund as yet. Perennial Vacations complain that they can not make contact as well, but they might be covering for them. If anyone can offer me another person to contact, I certainly would appreciate it and follow up.
