The repairman came out once to repair a freezer. Within 30 minutes the job was done. Before I even signed the paper work to consent to the work to be done, he already had the Freon hooked up to the freezer. I didn’t mind that the guy got the job done unevenfully and quickly. Here’s the problem. He didn’t fix the problem. He just put Freon in the freezer which leaked out 2 months later. When I called them back to follow up on the problem. All they would say is you signed the warranty which doesn’t cover anything. You will have to pay for the service call and Freon AGAIN plus $200 to check for a line leak. Total cost for second visit $385. Cost of a new freezer - $700. I tried speaking with Sasha and his supervisor and they are telling me that I only had a 30 day warranty that did not cover the Freon or the service call. The problem is not delivering professional service, repairs should last longer than 2 months. Also, Sasha verbally told me that the freezer should have at least 5 more years of life. Again this was a verbal conversation we had before I wanted to spend $185 on a refrigerator that I could replace for $700. The people I spoke to - Sasha and the receptionist did not want to work with me on this matter, but were verbally harsh in the way they spoke to me. Very rude company and dishonest.
