If you care about your smile stay away from this company!
I went in for a consult for braces at Western Dental and
was told I would need braces for a year. I already had very straight
teeth but the office manager pressured me to go ahead with the contract.
I was suppose to pay a $99 down payment. The day after the braces were
put on Western Dental called and demanded a $400 down payment! I paid them.
They started losing my monthly payments and refused to see me for my treatments. After a year of having braces they made me sign a new contract for more money and said my braces needed to stay on longer. After three years of wearing braces Western Dental took them off. I started crying when
I saw what they did to my mouth. My smile now looks deformed because I have an extreme over-jet and over-bite I didn't have before. They have refused to hand over my exrays that were taken before my braces were put on. The retainers Western Dental charged me for didn't even fit! I'm under the care of a specialist because of the damage Western Dental has done to my mouth.
