No Customer Service

This was my first time trying this company and I didn't have a great experience. I wish I would have looked at reviews before purchasing. My order was delivered to the wrong address. I have had this happen with other companies and have received wonderful customer service to resolve the issue. This was not the case for wholesale diecast models. When I first inquired via email, they sent me the tracking number and let me know it was delivered the day before. Obviously if I would have received the package I wouldn't be asking where it is. I let them know I didn't receive it, thier response was that they contacted FedEx (who iterated it was delivered) and let me know they would not be opening a claim. I asked for a phone number to speak with a manager and I got back the response that they did their part and there was nothing they could do more. The package was delivered to a house a few doors down and I got it 2 days later. I ordered 3 cars and 2 of the 3 arrived with broken side mirrors. I didn't bother contacting customer service again. I would not recommend ordering from this company because if anything goes wrong you are out of luck.
