I needed a replacement battery ASAP and it took them 3 weeks to send me one. I canceled the order 3 times prior to them sending and these idiots still sent me the battery. I am refusing the shipment and protesting the charge. Their email and phone system is a fraud. Try calling or emailing them to get help or do a return and you get nothing. They are fakes and I will file a complaint with the San Bernardino County DA
