#1 in customer service?

I bought a building from U.S. Buildings that I am erecting two states away virtually by myself. By the time I realized they had messed my door size up and some of the trim was wrong, over a year had passed and they had no desire to work with me. I had ordered a standard 9x7 door opening but got a 7ft. wide by 9ft. tall opening. The salesman Frank tried to cover his butt by telling me "the office lists the width first and the factory lists the height first."
When I read about the same blatant customer neglect and disrespect that I personally experienced, I find it incredible they brag about customer satisfaction and being voted #1 in customer service.
